London, United Kingdom – March 2020 – Invennt has made the shift to working digitally following the guidance of the Government in response to the global pandemic of COVIV-19. In this press release we detail the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our team, clients and how we plan to continue serving our clients through digital work until further notice.
We are following the instructions and advice laid out by the respective governments in the jurisdictions in which we operate. That means our UK (London) and Ireland (Dublin) offices will remain closed until further notice. Fortunately, we have established procedures and facilities in place for remote working and do not expect this to disrupt our regular operations.
How are we connecting with clients?
Our team will be using Office 365 and Microsoft Teams to connect with co-workers and clients from the safety of their homes for the time being. You don’t need an Office 365 license to attend the meetings with us, review documents or share files. Irrespective of where you are, as long as you’ve got a minimum stable internet connection i.e.: broadband at home, then you’ll be able to connect with us.
We will continue to run discovery workshops via Microsoft Teams. We have trailed this with clients over the past year and have found it to be successful. We will continue to refine remote workshops during this period.
We are working hard to ensure that this situation will not affect the services we provide to our clients. We are willing to alter our processes so that work is done effectively to take into consideration the changes that might be happening with your business as well.
Privacy is key
Respecting our clients’ privacy remains a top priority to us as always. Within Microsoft Teams, we can share files, have conversations, make changes to documents both collectively and directly, all with peace of mind that everything is within a secure, protected environment.
We’re doing whatever it takes to make this transition easy for our clients
We are working hard to ensure that London’s quarantine will not affect the services we provide to our clients. We are willing to alter our processes so that work is done effectively to take into consideration the changes that might be happening with your business as well. We will be following the Government’s latest guidance, ensuring that we are flexible in making necessary changes as the situation develops.
Although we may be facing quarantine and uncertainty in these unprecedented times around the world, our team at Invennt are positive that with technology and the systems we have in place we can bring our communities closer together. We have already seen good results through hosting our workshops with clients online through this method, and we look forward to continuing this efficient way of moving towards digital workshops moving forwards. We are focused on staying connected and collaborating with our clients across the UK, Ireland and Canada via video calls and webinars. We are putting to use the thought leadership we have garnered over the years and are optimistic that the outcome will have beneficial results for everyone.
Breakfast meetings move online.
If you know Invennt, then you know how much we love a good breakfast. Not to fear! We will continue having breakfast meetings, but we are looking to do this in the most futuristic method possible – over a cuppa and your laptop from the comfort of your home. If you’d like to connect with us over a digital breakfast then please hop over to our website, and a member of our team will be in touch.
