Our approach is consciously informal and exploratory. Once we have had email or telephone contact with a prospective client, we will try to arrange an informal meeting – perhaps a breakfast or a coffee – at a neutral venue, for an initial no obligation and confidential ‘get to know you’ conversation.
If a business requirement is identified, then a follow-up meeting is held to discuss the needs in detail, after which we will submit a proposal for the prospect to review.
